The subject of the competition was the elaboration of an architectural-urbanistic ideological design for the revitalization of Charles IV Square. in Mělník.

Emphasis was to be placed on the spatial solution of the square, including traffic conditions and connections - synergy with Náměstí Míru, with the aim of revitalizing the entire location of the city center.
